Objective And Function of Grievance Cell

Objectives:

Establishing a culture of transparency and responsibility among the individuals involved is the Grievance Cell's objective in order to protect the institute's tranquil learning environment. In order to address grievances raised by college students, the following functions should govern the establishment of a grievance cell.

Functions:

• Encouraging students to be forthright and transparent about their grievances and concerns without being afraid of repercussions
• Instruct students to respect each other's dignity and rights and to behave with the most patience and tolerance if a conflict emerges.
• To examine investigating the roots of complaints. Depending on the significance of the situation, members could assist in resolving the conflict. Developing a responsive and accountable mentality among stakeholders will help maintain the tranquil atmosphere on campus.
• To make sure that complaints are resolved promptly, free from bias, highly sensitive, and completely confidential.
• Suggest actions to be implemented to ensure that similar complaints don't arise again in the future.
